    Stitching takes 7 to 10 working days. We send you a photo before it ships.

    Your bag is packed with a thank-you card and sent by courier with a tracking link.

How long will my bag take?

Every bag is made to order. Crocheting takes 7 to 10 working days, then the courier takes a few more days depending on your city. We send a tracking link when it ships.

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery is available on most pin codes, or you can pay by UPI. Prepaid orders get ₹50 off at checkout.

Can I get a bag in a different colour?

Message us with your idea. Custom colours can take a few extra days, and we'll tell you before you pay.

How do I look after my bag?

Spot clean with a damp cloth, or wash gently by hand in cool water. Dry it flat so it keeps its shape, and don't hang it while it's wet.

What if there's a problem with my order?

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. Because each bag is made to order, we can't take returns if you change your mind.
